The Second Giant Conquers

This was a record of the second of a series of visions at Long Meg and her Daughters Stone Circle on the Winter Solstice of 2014. Depicting the Giant Albion in the age of Empire and Industry. It was painted digitally over a photograph of the surface of Long Meg herself and owes a little to Ralph Bakshi’s rotoscoped Nazgul in his animated version of Lord of the Rings and a little to graffiti art.
