The First Giant Awakens

This was a record of the first of a series of visions at Long Meg and her Daughters Stone Circle on the Winter Solstice of 2014. Depicting the emergence of the Giant Albion It was painted digitally over a photograph of the surface of Long Meg herself and owes a little to William Blake, a little to Ice Age Art, and a little to the garish covers of 1970’s occult paperbacks.
